Sami Khedira is a football player for both the Real Madrid and the German National Team. He was born April 4, 1987 and holds the position of midfielder. He is very comfortable and confident in that position even though it can be very difficult and challenging. It is like he was born to play this game and that is what he has had his sights on since he was very young.

One of the benefits that Sami Khedira offers is that he has an aerial ability that outshines other players. They just don’t know what to anticipate him doing. If there isn’t a play he can do he creates one out there. He seems very fast and graceful through all of his efforts too. It is truly amazing to see his athletic ability and how quickly he is able to think and to move during the game.

This just goes to show that even at a young age Khedira has dedication to the game, maturity, and leadership abilities. He was the captain when his team won the 2009 European U-21 Championship.

He made his debut with the senior squad in September of 2009. Germany called upon him again in 2010 to be on the team for the 2010 World Cup that was scheduled for July. He scored the winning goal against Uraguay which secured them as the 3rd place team.

He continues to be a very dangerous player for the opponents to have to deal with. Some of the players in the Real Madrid team have felt threatened by him as well. There have been times that other seasoned players have landed on the bench so that Khedira can take over. However, the coaching for Real Madrid states it only further shows that they can depend on this player to help them to be as successful as possible.

It is assumed that they will renew it as well based on his overall performance during that time frame. Still, with so many secrets about his contract it makes some uneasy about what could be in the stipulations that they are trying to keep under wraps.

Rumors continue to circulate that it has to do with the amount of money that they offered to Sami Khedira. The Real Madrid team is well known for some huge offers. They have also paid considerable amounts of money to other teams in order to get the players they want who are under a contract elsewhere.
